An antistatic shoe with a conductive member includes: a sole made of conductive material； a conductive member having a first conductive portion, a resistor and a second conductive portion； and an insole disposed on the sole. The conductive member is sandwiched between the insole and the sole, and the insole has a conductive portion made of conductive material, wherein the resistor is electrically connected to the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion, the conductive portion is electrically connected to the first conductive portion and disposed in an offset manner to the second conductive portion, and the second conductive portion is electrically connected to the sole. Or, an insulating member made of a non-conductive material is provided between the insole and the conductive member to cover the second conductive portion and the resistor.
