Beschrieben wird ein pharmazeutisches Präparat, enthaltend jeweils unabhängig voneinander- 1 mg bis 10 g, vorzugsweise 1 bis 1000 mg, noch bevorzugter 10 bis 500 mg, insbesondere 50 bis 300 mg, Epigallokatechingallat (EGCG),- 1 bis 500 mg, vorzugsweise 10 bis 100 mg, insbesondere 20 bis 80 mg, Nikotinamid-Ribose (NR) und/oder 0,05 bis 10 g, vorzugsweise 0,1 bis 5 g, insbesondere 0,5 bis 3 g, Tryptophan.Preparation comprises 1 mg to 10 g, preferably 50-300 mg of epigallocatechin gallate, 1-500, preferably 20-80 mg of nicotinamide ribose and/or 0.05-10, preferably 0.5-3 g of tryptophan. An independent claim is included for a combination preparation comprising epigallocatechin gallate and/or nicotinamide ribose as active substance.
