PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar which can prevent a temperature of a subject from increasing locally.SOLUTION: A trocar 10 includes: a housing 14 which has an insertion hole H10 where a treatment instrument 30 can be inserted, and an air inflow hole H18 from which a gas flows inside an insertion tube 12 which has a through-hole H12 communicating with the insertion hole H10 for allowing the insertion of the treatment instrument 30, is inserted inside an abdominal cavity 9A through an opening on an abdominal wall of a subject 9, and is constituted integrally with the housing 14 and a power transmission coil 11 which is placed inside the housing 14 and generates an electromagnetic field applied to the insertion hole H10.
