The present invention relates to an eyesight recovery apparatus capable of detecting a reference position. The eyesight recovery apparatus comprises: a fixing frame worn on a facial surface around eyes； a pair of rotary disks with a circular plate shape installed on and fixed to a rotary shaft connected to both sides of the fixing frame to be rotated, having a plurality of lenses with different prescriptions radially formed by predetermined intervals with respect to the rotary shaft, and having a plurality of first protrusions and one second protrusion projected by a predetermined height, wherein the plurality of first protrusions are separated from one another by predetermined intervals along an outer periphery thereof, and the one second protrusion is formed between any two first protrusions which are adjacent to each other from the plurality of first protrusions； a driving module allowing the rotary disk to be rotated in forward and reverse directions； a switch controlling driving of the driving module； a sensor unit detecting reference position information based on locations of the second protrusion and the first protrusion most adjacent to the second protrusion； an input unit receiving an input of an initialization command for the eyesight recovery apparatus from a user； and a driving control unit stopping the rotary disk when the reference position information is detected and maintaining a stop state of the rotary disk or driving the rotary disk with a backward and forward rotation based on a turn-on and turn-off state of the switch when the initialization command is inputted. Therefore, the present invention can easily recover user&prime；s eyesight without glasses processed in accordance with user&prime；s eyesight when there is a problem with a crystalline lens or a problem temporarily occurs in eyesight information processing function.
