A preferred active agent is selected from the group consisting of meloxicam, carprofen, enrofloxacin, clemastine, diphenhydramine, digoxin, levothyroxine, cyclosporine, ondansetron, lysine, zolpidem, propofol, nitenpyram, ivermectin, milbemycin, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates and esters thereof.
