The present invention relates to an X-ray generator including an electron beam control means capable of increasing the accuracy of an electron beam colliding with a target to increase the efficiency of X-ray generation. The X-ray generator includes an electron generating part in which a cathode electrode is formed to emit an electron beam, a target generating an X-ray by collision of the electron beam and including an anode electrode and an electron beam control means comprising an emitting part arranged on a path of the electron beam and a limit region formed on the outer circumferential side of the emitting part to be positively charged so as to limit the diffusion of the electron beam.본 발명은, 타겟에 충돌되는 전자빔의 정확성을 향상하여 엑스선발생의 효율성을 향상할 수 있는 전자빔제어수단을 포함하는 엑스선 발생장치에 관한 것으로서, 캐소드 전극이 형성되어 전자빔을 방출하는 전자발생부, 상기 전자빔의 충돌에 의하여 엑스선을 발생시키며 아노드 전극을 포함하는 타겟 및 상기 전자빔의 경로상에 배치되는 방출부와 방출부의 외주측으로 형성되고 양전하 대전되어 전자빔의 확산을 제한하는 제한영역으로 구성되는 전자빔제어수단을 포함하는 엑스선 발생장치를 제공한다.
