Provided are a micro-carbon fertilizer for decreasing the amount of chemical fertilizer, increasing both the quality and yield of crops, and improving soil, and a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the formulation composition of the micro-carbon fertilizer by mass percent is: 35-50% of micro-carbon (abbreviation for micromolecular water-soluble carbohydrates) with a particle size of 80-200 μm, 10-20% of amino acids, 15-25% of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, and 5-40% of potassium sulfate. The preparation process is as follows: raw materials: humic acid, amino acids, diammonium hydrogen phosphate and potassium sulfate biodegrading raw materials: degrading humic acid into micro-carbon placing semi-finished products into a jar: extracting the micro-carbon with a particle size of 80-200 μm according to quality standards, and placing same into a jar for storage formulating and mixing ingredients and checking and finishing the product. The use of micro-carbon can not only provide nutrients and energy, but can also improve the function of the soil. Where the amount of chemical fertilizer is reduced by 30%-50%, an improvement in the soil and an increase of above 30% in the quality and yield of the crops are realized.La présente invention concerne un engrais micro-carboné pour réduire la quantité dengrais chimique, accroissant tant la qualité que le rendement des cultures, et améliorant le sol, et un procédé de préparation et une application associés, la composition de formulation de lengrais micro-carboné en pourcentage en masse étant : de 35 à 50 % de micro-carbone (abréviation pour les hydrates de carbone micromoléculaires solubles dans leau) possédant une taille de particule de 80 à 200 µm, de 10 à 20 % dacides aminés, de 15 à 25 % dhydrogénophosphate de diammonium et de 5 à 40 % de sulfate de potassium.
