PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiolabeled reagent which effectively accumulates on a target and has high in-vivo stability and to provide diagnosis and treatment using the radiolabeled reagent.
SOLUTION: Disclosed are a radiolabeled reagent which includes a complex formed from a ligand bonded to a compound bound to a target molecule and forming a multi-coordinated complex with a metal (e.g. technetium or rhenium) and a radionuclide of the metal and has an enhanced ability to accumulate on the target site the radiolabeled reagent for diagnosis or therapy a ligand for preparing the radiolabeled reagent a kit comprising an reagent containing the ligand and a metallic radionuclide as separate packaged units and a method for enhancing the accumulation of a radiolabeled reagent on a target site, which includes using the radiolabeled reagent.
