PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lancet device for skin puncture, which can be used only once and can not be used again.SOLUTION: A lancet 18 supported at the lower end 17 of an insertion member 12 integrated with a thin film 20 advances from the lower end 21 to the inside of the skin by axial direction force. A blocking means for blocking another advance after the lancet 18 once advances into the skin is provided. A housing member 35 housing a sleeve member 14 slidably in an axial direction is provided with a stepped part 36. When the lancet 18 advances into the skin, the projection part 24 of the insertion member 12 passes through the stepped part 38. When the force in the axial direction is released, the insertion member 12 pushes up the housing member 35 by restoration force of the thin film 20 and hits against the thin film 20. A projection 25 catches the stepped part 36 from the rear side.
