PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column having high immunoligically activation capacity and preferably used for the medical treatment of cancer or the like.

SOLUTION: The column has a material which is prepared by immobilizing lipoteichoic acid on a water-insoluble carrier and an immunosuppression substance-removing material as fillers. The lipoteichoic acid is preferably originated from a hemolytic streptococcus or Bacillus subtilis. The immunosuppression substance-removing material is preferably comprises a material for adsorbing TGF-&beta or immunosuppression acidic protein.
