The present invention also provides a method for producing specific cells, wherein oncogene-induced senescence (OIS) which is induced by the oncogene expressed in the cells in the desired differentiation stage is suppressed.본 발명은, 원하는 분화 단계의 세포를 증폭시켜 특정한 세포를 제조하는 방법의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은, 세포를 분화 유도하여 특정한 세포를 제조하는 방법으로서, 원하는 분화 단계의 세포를 증폭시키기 위해, 상기 원하는 분화 단계의 세포 내에서 암유전자를 강제 발현시켜 특정한 세포를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 상기 원하는 분화 단계의 세포 내에서 발현되는 암유전자가 유도하는 암유전자 유도성 세포 노화(OIS)를 억제하여 특정한 세포를 제조하는 방법도 제공한다.
