PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dogs feces collecting tool mechanically, surely and easily collecting dogs feces discharged from a dog in dog walking, and easily and surely disposing the feces into a toilet bowl of a lavatory in the home to flow to a sewage system.SOLUTION: The collecting tool 1 is arranged as able to grip the dogs feces by both buckets 20 and 21 and an inside rod part 5 is lifted up. A spring 9 shrinks by upward movement of a plate part 8 and by the upward movement of a tip 5TP. The bucket supporting parts 12, 17 turn, and both buckets 20 and 21 turn clockwise and anticlockwise, so that the outward slanting fringe area of the each side wall of the bucket 20 enters the downside of the inside slanting fringe area of each corresponding side wall of the bucket 21, and openings of both buckets 20 and 21 are closed, consequently the dogs feces is housed in the inner space of both the buckets 20 and 21. A pin part of an inside handle is embedded into a through-hole more recessed than the incision of a stopper metal fittings in this condition. Both buckets 20 and 21 and an inside rod part 5 linked to the inside handle are brought into immobile state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】犬の散歩中に犬が排出した糞を機械的に確実に且つ容易に採取して、糞を自宅の便所の便器内に容易に且つ確実に機械的に棄てて下水道へ流すことを可能にする。【解決手段】犬の糞を両バケット20,21で掴むことが出来る様に採取具1を配置して内側棒材部5を上方へ持ち上げる。先端部分5TPの上方への移動により板部8が上へ移動することでバネ9が縮む。バケット支持部12,17が回転して、両バケット20,21は時計回り、反時計回りに回転して、バケット20の各側面部の外側へ傾斜した外縁部がバケット21の対応する各側面部の内側へ傾斜した外縁部の下に潜り込む様に、両バケット20,21の開口部は閉ざされ、犬の糞は両バケット20,21の内部空間内に収容される。この状態で内側取手のピン部をストッパー金具の切り込みより凹んだ貫通穴に嵌め込む。内側取手に繋がる内側棒材部5及び両バケット20,21は不動状態となる。【選択図】図5
