An assist device structure and a use method thereof for a wheelchair lateral displacement are disclosed, which are utilized to combine with a wheel body of a wheelchair. The assist device structure for the wheelchair lateral displacement comprises a frame body detachably combined with the wheel body of the wheelchair and a rolling part disposed on the frame body to allow the wheelchair to laterally displace. When the wheelchair cannot be easily pushed by a user in a narrow space, the rolling part can be rapidly fixed and locked on the wheel body of the wheelchair at both sides to relatively clamp and deform the wheel body, and then the wheelchair can be freely moved until the rolling part is pushed to contact the ground and lift the wheelchair. On the other hand, the rolling part can be conveniently detached from the wheelchair when the lateral displacement is not required. Fixed parts, which are arranged on both sides of the frame body, are auxiliarily fixed on the wheel body so as to prevent the frame body from being deviated or dropped as being rotatably followed by the wheel body. Note that the fixed part can be arbitrarily arranged on left or right side of the wheelchair.
