PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum disinfecting method and disinfecting device capable of spreading an antiseptic into every corner of a treated object and dehumidifying the object without a risk of gas leakage.SOLUTION: A main conduit whose one end is a gas inlet and whose other end is a treated gas outlet is connected to a disinfecting compartment. On the way of the main conduit, a vacuum pump is connected on the inlet side, and a degrading means is connected on the outlet side from the vacuum pump sequentially. A discharge conduit with a discharge valve is connected to the downstream side of the degrading means in the main conduit, and an outside air intake conduit with an outside air intake valve is connected to the main conduit on the downstream side of the discharge conduit. Air inside the disinfection compartment is discharged from the discharge conduit by the vacuum pump when the discharge valve is opened to bring the interior of the disinfection compartment to a high vacuum, and the discharge valve is closed. After that, the outside air intake valve is opened and outside air and a disinfection gas are introduced into the disinfection compartment. When the interior of the disinfection compartment is brought to a low vacuum approximate to the atmospheric pressure, the outside air intake valve is closed and the closed state is retained for a prescribed period for disinfection. The same step is repeated thereafter. After termination of the disinfection step, a clarification step is executed in the same way.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ガス漏れの恐れがなく、消毒薬が処理物の隅々まで行き渡り、除湿できる真空式消毒方法および消毒装置を提供する。【解決手段】 消毒庫に対し、一端がガス入口,他端が処理ガス出口となる主管路を接続し、該主管路の途中で前記入口側に真空ポンプ、該真空ポンプから前記出口側に順に分解手段を接続し、前記主管路の分解手段の下流側に、排出弁を持つ排出管路を接続し、該排出管路より下流側の前記主管路に、外気吸入弁を持つ外気吸入管路を接続する。排出弁を開いて真空ポンプで消毒庫内の空気を排出管路から排出して消毒庫の内部を高真空にし、排出弁を閉じ、その後、外気吸入弁を開けて消毒庫に外気と消毒ガスを導入し、消毒庫内が大気圧に近い低真空になった時、外気吸入弁を閉じて所定時間保持して消毒し、以降、同様に繰り返す。前記消毒行程の終了後、同様にして浄化処理する。【選択図】 図1
