PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient individual confirmation device which evades conventional inconvenience of confirmation of a patient individual before treatment, can make determination at the present point of time of the treatment, makes impersonation by someone other than the individual impossible, and preserves the evidence of individual identification at the time of the treatment.SOLUTION: In the patient individual confirmation device using treatment part blood vessel image information, when viewing the treatment part blood vessel image of a treatment part being acquired from an operator on the spot during the treatment at a display device 110 and executing treatment to a blood vessel, treatment blood part blood vessel image data and preserved blood vessel image data of a patient preserved beforehand in the image memory 114 of a patient information file 113 and extracted according to patient identification information inputted by a patient identification information input means 104 are collated and compared by a treatment part blood vessel image collation means 111, a collation result indicating whether or not they match is output, patient misidentification is noted to a health professional, and the result is made preservable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】施術前の患者本人の確認の従来不都合を回避するもので、施術時のその現時点で判断でき、本人以外の成りすましが不可能であり、施術時の本人照合の証左が保存される患者本人確認装置を提供する。【解決手段】施術部血管画像情報を用いた患者本人確認装置は、施術時の現場で施術者から取得中の施術部の施術部血管画像を表示器110で見て、血管に施術を施す際に、施術部血管画像データと、患者情報ファイル113の画像メモリ114に予め保存され、患者識別情報入力手段104により入力する患者識別情報に対応して引き出された患者の保存血管画像データを施術部血管画像照合手段111により照合比較して、両者が一致しているかどうかの照合結果を出力し、医療従事者に患者違いを注意し、その結果を保存可能とした。【選択図】図1
