PURPOSE: A feed intake enhancer composition and a producing method thereof are provided to offer excellent feed intake enhancing effect for domestic animals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a feed intake enhancer composition comprises the following steps: mixing 8-49.4wt% of purified water, 0.5-2wt% of sodium chloride, 0.1-5wt% of betaine, and 50-85wt% of anhydrous ethanol to obtain an extraction solvent(S100); mixing 1,000ml of extraction solvent with 250g of crataegus pinnatifida and 20g of elvan stone, and settling the mixture for 3-7 days before sieving with a 20 mesh sieve for filtering; secondly filtering the mixture with 50 micron filter to obtain a crataegus pinnatifida extract; mixing 1,000ml of extraction solvent with 250g of zingiber officinale and 20g of elvan stone, and settling the mixture for 3-7 days before sieving with a 20 mesh sieve for filtering; secondly filtering the mixture with 50 micron filter to obtain a zingiber officinale extract(S200); and mixing the crataegus pinnatifida extract, the zingiber officinale extract, L-carnitine, polysorbate, and purified water.본 발명은 염화나트륨과 베타인이 함유된 75% 무수에탄올을 추출 용매액으로 사용하여 추출한 산사추추물 5.0 ~ 40.0중량%와 건강추출물 5.0 ~ 40.0중량%, 엘-카르니틴 0.625 ~ 5.0중량%, 폴리소르베이트-80 0.1 ~ 1.0중량% 및 정제수 14.0 ~ 89.275중량%로 이루어진 조성물을 형성하여 사료를 잘 먹지 않는 가축의 음수에 희석하여 급여함으로써 효과적으로 가축의 사료 섭취량을 증가시켜 성장을 촉진하고, 건강한 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 사료 섭취 증진제 조성물 및 그 제조방법을 제공하고자 한다.
