FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal disinfection and utilization of organo-containing wastes and can be used in various industries related to processing of biomass wastes, which is in various aggregate states. Method includes two-stage centrifugal dehydration with separation of solid fraction and liquid phase. At that, dehydrated sediment of solid phase before thermal drying is subjected to additional centrifugal dehydration in filtration stage of centrifuge with separation of solid sediment and filtrate. Dried sediment is decontaminated and recycled in the combustion chamber, where the fuel used is a suspension water-coal fuel prepared on the basis of coal slurries and a filtrate. To implement this method, a process line is proposed, which includes units for centrifugal dehydration of wastes, biochemical treatment of a centrifuge, thermal disinfection of the solid phase, unit for preparing water-coal fuel. At that, centrifugal dehydration unit of wastes is equipped with two-stage settling-filtering centrifuge, and unit of thermal disinfection of solid fraction is equipped with thermal vortex drier. Boiler unit is equipped with adiabatic combustion chamber of vortex type, in which gas duct of blow air is hydraulically connected to gas duct of off-gases.
