Freeze-dried molded body comprises magnesium ascorbyl phosphate and alginate and optionally one or more active ingredients and/or auxiliary agent. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing the freeze-dried molded body, comprising preparing an aqueous suspension or a solution of magnesium ascorbyl phosphate and alginate, and optionally active ingredients and/or auxiliary agents, optionally adjusting the pH of the aqueous suspension or solution to greater than 4, pouring the mixture into a mold, freezing the mixture in a molded form and freeze drying the frozen mixture to form the molded body； (2) use of the molded body as a cosmetic or pharmaceutical agent； and (3) a kit-of-parts combination comprising the freeze-dried molded body and at least an aqueous solution containing one or more active ingredients and/or optionally one or more auxiliary agents in a spatial arrangement.
