PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemodynamometer capable of smoothly inflating and expanding an air bag in measuring a blood pressure value in a simple constitution without any increase in manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A hemodynamometer includes: an air bag a pump 32 for pressurizing and decompressing a space in the interior of the air bag a selector valve 33 and a control part for controlling an operation of the pump 32 and the selector valve 33. The pump 32 injects the air into the air bag, and the selector valve 33 selects an open state of opening the space in the interior of the air bag to the outside or a close state of closing the space to the outside.
