PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can cope with a local disease.SOLUTION: When laser light is applied to a composition, the composition is heat-expanded. The composition is vibrated according to a vibration frequency of the laser light itself. Here, by turning on/off the laser light at a prescribed frequency, a cycle in which the composition is vibrated and a cycle in which the composition is not vibrated are repeated. This turning-on/off of the vibration is transmitted between and among the compositions. A TRP channel is opened when the vibration is generated and closed when the vibration is not generated. Accordingly, the TRP channel is opened and closed in synchronization with the cycle of the turning-on/off of the laser light, and the introduction and non-introduction of calcium ions into the composition is decided, and as a result, a change of the density of the calcium ions in the composition coincides with the cycle of the turning-on/off of the laser light. When a cycle of the change of the density of the calcium ions reaches a prescribed value, calmodulin (CaM) is activated. By the calmodulin, the TRP channel can be closed.
