The present invention relates to a seedling transplanting machine. Furthermore the powder and granular material discharge device discharges to all seedling carrying parts of seedling carrying platform even the seedling transplanting machine with one part of strip sowings is stopped by partial clutches, and therefore the powder and granular material is wasted. The measure for settling the problem is that a plurality of scattering parts are installed in the full width area in the left-and-right direction of seedling carrying parts of seedling carrying platform with a plurality of strip sowing amounts. A motor which respectively drives the plurality of scattering parts is provided. A clutch which stops the driving of the seedling transplanting device which has part of strip sowings and is selected from the seedling transplanting device with multiple strip sowings is provided. Furthermore a controller which is linked with the action of switching-off state of clutch for stopping the motor of the scattering part that has part of strip sowings and is corresponding with the clutch is provided.
