Furthermore, a refrigerant circulating in the vaporizer of the heat pump type heater 2, and a heat medium circulating in the heat medium circulating circuit 7 exchange heat, and when driving the pump 6 and the heat pump type heater 2 in a condition of storing solar heat in the heat storage part 5, solar heat stored in the heat storage part 5 is used as the heat source of the heat pump type heater 2.
