The seedling picking assembly comprises: a fixed transplanting member (2), the upper part of the fixed transplanting member (2) being fixedly disposed on the lower part of the handheld rod (1); a movable transplanting member (3), the movable transplanting member (3) and the fixed transplanting member (2) being arranged at an interval, a space for holding a plant seedling being formed between the movable transplanting member (3) and the fixed transplanting member (2), and the upper part of the movable transplanting member (3) being rotatably disposed on the lower part of the handheld rod (1); and a drive assembly connected to the movable transplanting member (3) so as to drive the upper part of the movable transplanting member (3) to swing along the lower part of the handheld rod (1), so that the distance between the lower end part of the movable transplanting member (3) and the lower end part of the fixed transplanting member (2) is reduced.
