A system for reducing the volume of ventricular filling in a patient who has a volume of ventricular filling prior to treatment, comprising: a stimulation circuit configured to deliver a stimulation pulse to at least one cardiac chamber； and at least one controller configured to execute the supply of one or more stimulation pulse stimulation patterns to at least one cardiac chamber, wherein at least one of the stimulation impulses has a first stimulation configuration and at least one of the stimulation pulses have a second stimulation configuration different from the first stimulation configuration, at least one of the first stimulation configuration and the second stimulation configuration configured to reduce or prevent atrial kick, thereby reducing the filling volume ventricular with respect to the volume of ventricular filling prior to treatment.Un sistema para reducir el volumen de llenado ventricular en un paciente que tiene un volumen de llenado ventricular previo al tratamiento, que comprende: un circuito de estimulación configurado para suministrar un impulso de estimulación a al menos una cámara cardíaca； y al menos un controlador configurado para ejecutar el suministro de uno o más patrones de estimulación de impulsos de estimulación a al menos una cámara cardiaca, en donde al menos uno de los impulsos de estimulación tiene una primera configuración de estimulación y al menos uno de los impulsos de estimulación tiene una segunda configuración de estimulación diferente de la primera configuración de estimulación, estando al menos una de la primera configuración de estimulación y la segunda configuración de estimulación configurada para reducir o prevenir la patada auricular, reduciendo de este modo el volumen de llenado ventricular con respecto al volumen de llenado ventricular previo al tratamiento.
