The device for treating the diaphyseal fractures and osteomyelitis of the bones of extremities contains the external support made of fiberglass with elasticity coefficient of 20-40 HPa, multiplane clamps for connecting the rod screwed into the bone fragment with the external support. On the external support, the mobilizing sleeve is installed on the side opposite to the movement of the bone fragment. The sleeve consists of two parts 14×28×14 made of stainless steel. The longitudinal groove on the middle of the internal side of each part, with radius of 4-, encloses the external support. Two transverse openings with the thread matching the compression screws are intended for bringing together two parts of the sleeve. At the top of the sleeve, the longitudinal opening with the thread matching the mobilizing screw M6 is made for precise control of the displacement distance of the bone fragment. The mobilization of the fragment is provided by releasing the retainer screw of the multiplane clamp and rotating the mobilizing screw clockwise in parallel to the external support.Устройство для лечения диафизарных переломов и остеомиелита костей конечностей включает внешнюю опору из стеклопластика с модулем упругости 20-40 ГПа, многоплоскостные зажимы для соединения стержня, ввернутого в костный фрагмент, с внешней опорой. Кроме этого, на внешнюю опору аппарата внешней фиксации с противоположной движению костного фрагмента стороны на многоплоскостный зажим устанавливается мобилизующая муфта, состоящая из двух частей размером 14×28×14, выполненных из нержавеющей стали, таким образом, чтобы продольный паз посередине внутренней стороны каждой из частей муфты радиусом 4- охватывал внешнюю опору аппарата внешней фиксации, и по два поперечных отверстия с резьбой для компрессирующих винтов для сближения двух половинок мобилизующей муфты.
