When the electric motor is operated, partial water flow below the water surface can go through the first through holes of the agitating blade and the second through holes of the front edge blade, so as to enable the water vortex generated by the rotation of the agitating impeller to diffuse toward the periphery and upwards and inwards roll the water vortex of diffused toward the periphery during continuous rotation.
