PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with a seating surface capable of having a few divided number of mats of the bed, easily cleaning and exchanging a sheet, and easily using it even at home.SOLUTION: In the bed with a seating surface, a first mat for supporting a hip part of a user laying on his side includes a rotating shaft 32c vertical to the bed length direction on the end part side of the second mat side on the leg side. The second mat is provided on the side end part of the first mat so that the seating surface 71 is vertically downward. The bed includes a rotating means for rotating the first mat 2 so that the head part side is raised up by rotating the rotating shaft 32c as a center, a rotation transmitting means 4 for transmitting the rotation of the first mat to the second mat, and the elevating and descending means 35 and 45 for the second mat.
