This animal toilet has a longitudinal direction, a horizontal direction and a vertical direction that are perpendicular to each another. The animal toilet comprises: an upper container which has multiple holes through which urine passes downwards; a lower container which is arranged below the upper container and which has an insertion port formed in the front surface in the longitudinal direction; a tray which is received into and housed in the lower container from the insertion port so as to be capable of being drawn out in the forward direction; and an absorbent sheet which is mounted on the bottom surface of the tray and which catches and absorbs the urine falling downwards through the holes in the upper container. In order to partition off the region where the absorbent sheet is mounted, the tray comprises a pair of horizontal walls which, on both sides in the longitudinal direction, extend in the horizontal direction while rising upwards from the bottom surface, and a pair of longitudinal walls which, on both sides in the horizontal direction, extend along the longitudinal direction while rising upwards from the bottom surface. In at least one of the four corners of the mounting region, at the end of the horizontal wall in the horizontal direction, a horizontal wall displaced portion is formed where the horizontal wall is displaced outwards in the longitudinal direction, and at the end of the longitudinal wall in the longitudinal direction, a longitudinal wall displaced portion is formed where the longitudinal wall is displaced outwards in the horizontal direction.
