The present utility model discloses a loader for transferring crop harvest like sugarcane from the ground and loading them into a container for transport or vice versa. The loader includes a truck body and a loader assembly supported by said truck body. The loader assembly includes a movable boom assembly consisting of a primary boom and a secondary boom pivotally connected to the primary boom, a grappler at the edge of said secondary boom, and a spinner rack assembly connected to the primary boom. The spinner rack assembly is connected to a pair of hydraulic cylinders that include pistons wherein said pair of hydraulic cylinders are controlled by hydraulic control valves to push either of the hydraulic cylinder pistons, thus turning said spinner rack assembly with the boom assembly
