The present invention relates to a waste collection bag in which the hands pockets made of paper are additionally formed on both sides of a normal plastic bag, which is a means for collecting animal waste.본 고안은 반려동물 배설물 청소에 있어서 통상의 비닐봉투의 사용으로 사용자가 배설물의 촉감을 그대로 느끼게 되므로써 배설물 청소를 기피하게 되는 문제를 해소시킬 수 있는 새로운 구성의 배설물 채집봉투에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 반려동물 배설물 채집수단인 통상의 비닐봉투의 내부 양면에 종이를 구성재로 하는 손끼움주머니(hands pockets)를 추가로 덧붙여 구성한 배설물 채집봉투에 관한 것이다.
