To provide a pneumoperitoneum device capable of continuously displaying a numeric value related to safety, and displaying an abnormal state on a front panel for notifying a user of an abnormal state, when an abnormal state is detected.SOLUTION: A pneumoperitoneum device 1 for communicating to a gas supply source 11 for feeding a prescribed gas, for supplying a gas into a body cavity of a patient 12 through a gas feeding tube 15, comprises: a flow sensor 5 for measuring an air supply flow of the gas； a supply pressure sensor 8 for measuring an air supply pressure of the gas； lumen pressure sensors 9a, 9b for measuring a body cavity inner pressure of the patient 12； and a display unit 7 for displaying measured values of the air supply flow, air supply pressure and the body cavity inner pressure.
