The present invention is an invented idea IP to solve an assignment which is peripheral artery resistance measurement. The present invention corresponds to cardiology among scientific technology detail fields. Before the invention, an ultrasonic device, an ankle brachial index tool, and the like are invented. To solve the assignment, verification is performed in convenience, practicality, and durability sides and relation with a peripheral artery is verified.
