PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anastomosis device for facilitating arrangement work of a needle to be used for anastomosis.SOLUTION: The anastomosis device includes: a needle-like member 11 for puncturing an object a pair of grip parts 2M, 2F for holding the object in-between pipe members 4a, 4b for guiding the needle-like member 11 puncture member arrangement parts 2Ha, 2Hb for arranging the needle-like member 11 inside the pipe members 4a, 4b and a sending member 13 for sending out the needle-like member 11 arranged inside the pipe members 4a, 4b to the object. The pair of grip parts is constituted of the movable grip part 2M and the fixed grip part 2F. The movable grip part 2M is arranged so as to be movable toward the fixed grip part 2F.
