The present invention relates to a stable liquid formulation of etanercept (recombinant p75 sTNFR:Fc fusion protein), and more particularly, to a liquid formulation comprising one or more stabilizers selected from the group consisting of methionine, lysine, histidine, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in an amount sufficient to reduce by-product formation of etanercept during storage. The liquid formulation according to the present invention effectively reduces production of etanercept by-products and to stably maintain its pharmaceutical efficacies for long-term storage. Therefore, the reconstitution procedure is not required before administration, and the sterile formulation can be administered to patients to ensure patient safety. Thus, it can be applied to the fields in need of etanercept treatment.本発明は、エタネルセプト(Etanercept, recombinant p75 sTNFR:Fc 融合タンパク質)の液状製剤に関するものであり、より詳しくは、保管中にエタネルセプトの副産物の形成を減少させるのに十分な量のメチオニン、リシン、ヒスチジン及びこれらの薬学的に許容可能な塩からなる群から選択される一つ以上の安定化剤を含む液状製剤に関するものである。本発明による液状製剤は、エタネルセプトの副産物の生成を効果的に防止し、エタネルセプトの薬理効能を長期間安定して保存することができる。そのため、患者への投与時に再構成する必要性が低減し、無菌状態で患者に供給することができ、患者の安全を確保できる。したがって、今後、エタネルセプトの薬理効能に係わる治療分野に効果的に応用できる。
