PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair restoration and scalp improving agent which can maintain or increase the hair by oral administration, and which is concurrently capable of improving the scalp condition.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a hair restoration and scalp improving agent by oral administration characterized by containing apple polyphenol, tocotrienol, and the ovarian membrane extract of salmon species.
