PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method that prevents pond water pollution due to excrement and feed residue produced in a shrimp culture pond, and infectious diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria and virus, and limits the use of carcinogenic chemicals used by fishermen and the use of a large amount of antibiotics which is a serious threat to human health, to restrain the appearance of antibiotic resistant bacteria.SOLUTION: An inter-gravel cleaning method used for river water cleaning is improved to form a microflora flock body implanted on or magnetically attracted to a fixed bed filled with granular iron type artificial zeolite that absorbs iron ions and carries ferromagnetic iron powder, and culture pond water flows through and contacts the microflora flock body to control a biological environment, to eliminate water pollution generated in the culture pond water and to suppress the growth of infectious disease bacteria and virus by the antimicrobial/antivirus microflora implanted on the fixed bed, thus providing the culture method that can restrain the use of carcinogenic chemicals and the large amount of antibiotics by this suppression.【課題】エビ養殖池で発生する排泄物、残餌による池水水質汚染および病原菌・ウイルスによる感染症防御と漁民が使用する発がん性化学薬品、人間の健康にとって重大な脅威となる多量の抗生物質の使用を制限し、抗生物質耐性菌の出現を抑止する養殖方法を提供する。【解決手段】河川水浄化に用いられる礫間浄化法を改良し、鉄イオンを吸収させ強磁性鉄粉を坦持した粒状鉄型人工ゼオライトを充填した固定床に着床または磁気吸着して微生物叢フロック体を形成し、養殖池水を通水・接触させることによって生物環境を制御でき、かつ養殖池水中で発生する水質汚染の除去、そして固定床に着床する抗菌・抗ウイルス微生物叢により感染症細菌・ウイルスの増殖を抑制する。この抑制によって発がん性化学薬品、多量の抗生物質使用が抑制できるを特徴とする養殖方法を提供する。【選択図】図１
