PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change water absorbing pads by drawing downward the same from a godet opening part using a hand pulling string (gripper) of the water absorbing pad when urinating and to change the water absorbing pads by opening an adhesive peeling part when defecating in a pant body having the adhesive peeling part close to a front center from the body side and a godet opening part.SOLUTION: In the pant body having a waistline opening part, a pair of right and left leg openings, a godet opening, and right and left adhesive peeling opening/closing parts, the water absorbing pad is changed with the pant worn in absorbing pad changing when urinating by using the hand pulling strings (gripper) of a first time used pad and a rear spare pad arranged in fore and aft two steps in the inside crotch part of the pant body, and the water absorbing pad is changed by opening the adhesive peeling opening/closing part and the spare pad is placed in a proper position when defecating.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】体側よりも前中心よりの接着剥離部分と、まち開口部を有したパンツ本体に対し、排尿時は吸水パット指掛け引き紐〔取っ手〕を利用しまち開口部から、下方向に引き出し吸水パット交換を可能とし、排便時は接着剥離部分を開き、容易に交換し得るようにする。【解決手段】胴回り開口部と、左右一対の足回り開口部とまち開口部と左右接着剥離開閉部分を有するパンツ本体に対し、パンツ本体の内側股間部に前後二段構えに配備された、初回使用分パットと後方予備パットの指掛け用の引き紐〔取っ手〕を利用し、排尿時給水パット交換は着用状態で、交換を行い、排便時は接着剥離開閉部を開き吸水パット交換を行い、予備パットを適切な位置に収める。【選択図】図26
