PURPOSE: An apparatus for precisely removing a magnetic field is provided to conform a sensed frequency to a reference frequency by applying a current for removing the magnetic field to a magnetic field removing coil.CONSTITUTION: A reference frequency generator(110) generates a reference frequency signal. A magnetic field removing coil(120) removes a magnetic field which disturbs a magnetic application device by generating the magnetic field. A magnetic field sensor(130) outputs a DC voltage in proportion to the magnetic field. A voltage and frequency converter(140) outputs a sensed frequency signal in proportion to the DC voltage. A phase comparator(150) generates a current for removing the magnetic field in proportion to a frequency difference between two signals if a difference between the sensed frequency signal and the reference frequency signal exists.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (110) Reference frequency generator (140) Voltage and frequency converter (150) Phase comparator (160) Current amplifier본 발명은 자기장 제거 장치에 관한 것으로, 자기장 응용 장치의 작동에 방해가 되는 자기장을 제거하기 위한 자기장을 발생하는 자기장 제거 코일의 내부에 배치된 벡터(vector) 센서가 자기장 응용 장치의 작동 중에 감지한 자기장에 비례하는 DC 전압을 출력하면 전압/주파수 변환기가 이 DC 전압에 비례하는 감지 주파수(fS) 신호를 출력하고, 위상비교기가 이 감지 주파수(fS) 신호를 자기장 응용 장치의 작동에 방해가 되는 자기장을 제거하기 위해 미리 정한 기준주파수(f) 신호와 비교한 후, 두 신호의 주파수 차이에 비례하는 자기장 제거용 전류를 상기 자기장 제거 코일로 인가함으로써 자기장을 제거하여 상기 감지 주파수(fS)와 기준주파수(f)를 일치시킨다.본 발명은 벡터(vector) 센서가 감지한 DC 전압을 해당 DC 전압에 비례하는 감지 주파수(fS) 신호로 변환하므로 단지 DC 전압만을 이용하여 자기장을 제거하는 종래의 자기장 제거 장치에서 DC 전압이 먼 거리로 보내지는 동안 발생하는 DC 전압 자체의 발진이나 피드백 문제를 모두 해소하면서 스칼라(scalar) 센서인 자기공명을 이용한 자기장 센서를 이용하여 자기장을 제거하는 종래의 자기 제거 장치와 비슷한 수준으로 정밀하게 자기장을 제거할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
