PURPOSE: A water soluble film of a dual agent for improving skin whitening and anti-wrinkling effects is provided to show superior whitening and anti-wrinkling effects because a dual agent exists in an ascorbic acid form with high activity when the dual agent is applied onto skin by overlapping water soluble films 1 and 2.CONSTITUTION: A water soluble film comprises two water soluble films containing ascorbyl phosphate and phosphatase, respectively. A first water soluble film and a second water soluble film contain 0.01-40.0 wt% of ascorbyl phosphate and 20-200 units of phosphatase per 1 wt% of ascorbyl phosphate, respectively.
