PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating tool for a microwave oven for easily preparing a dry seaweed having aroma and crispy feeling without a trouble by heating a sheet-like food at a heating sheet for microwave oven cooking while suppressing the curing of the sheet-like food by using the microwave oven.SOLUTION: The heating tool for the microwave oven is constituted so that two-sided holding plates 3, 4 are folded to each other, sheet-like food 13 is made to correspond to the heating sheet for a microwave oven 12 arranged on at least one opposite surface, a heating part 5 interposed at the holding plates 3, 4 is curved into a cross-sectional circular arc shape, and the tool is locked at a rest 8 to keep the shape.
