PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave signal processing system capable of searching a brain wave feature quantity associated with a change of a users physiological psychological state out of many brain wave feature quantities without exerting load on an experimenter (analyst).SOLUTION: A brain wave signal processing system of the present invention acquires relationship between a brain wave feature quantity as a feature quantity of a brain wave generating corresponding to given stimulus and a stimulus feature quantity as a feature quantity of the stimulus.
