TNE provides the opportunity to make the care of children with EoE and other gastrointestinal or aerodigestive conditions safer, more efficient, and less costly while simultaneously advancing our understanding of the pathophysiology and natural course of this condition. A pediatric endoscope was developed to facilitate TNE in children with EoE. The pediatric endoscope (combined gastroscope, bronchoscope, laryngoscope) includes a 3-4 mm flexible, fiber optic endoscope that allows HD TV viewing with the head of a pediatric bronchoscope that allows four way tip deflection, a scope stiffening apparatus to minimize the endoscopes flexibility when needed, a foot and hand activation to allow air/water insufflation and image/video capture, a light source, 2 mm biopsy channel.TNE concerne la possibilité de rendre les soins pour enfants souffrant dEoE et dautres états gastro-intestinaux ou aérodigestifs plus sûrs, plus efficaces et moins coûteux, tout en faisant simultanément progresser notre compréhension de la physiopathologie et de la progression naturelle de cet état. Un endoscope pédiatrique a été développé pour faciliter TNE chez des enfants souffrant dEoE. Lendoscope pédiatrique (gastroscope, bronchoscope et laryngoscope combinés) comprend un endoscope souple à fibres optiques de 3 à 4 mm qui permet une visualisation TV HD avec la tête dun bronchoscope pédiatrique qui permet une déviation de pointe à quatre voies, un appareil de raidissement du dispositif pour réduire à un minimum la flexibilité de lendoscope si nécessaire, une activation au pied et à la main pour permettre linsufflation dair/deau et la capture dimage/de vidéo, une source de lumière, un canal de biopsie de 2 mm.
