The present invention provides a method for synthesizing solvent free sesamin complex 90% extract. The crude sesame oil is extracted repeatedly with polar solvents. The extracts are concentrated to obtain a thick paste that is washed with hexane or petroleum ether. The sesamin crude extract is filtered and dried in VTD. Cyclohexane and sesamin crude extract is added to the reactor with constant stirring. The mixture is filtered and washed with cyclohexane to obtain a clear filtrate. Distilled water and sesamin crude extract are added to the reactor with constant stirring. The mixture obtained from reactor is filtered with a nutsche filter. The product is washed and dried at 50-65°C under vacuum for 8 hrs. The product comprising sesamin is pulverized and re-dried. The final product comprises of sesamin 70-75% and sesamolin 15-20%.
