The present invention relates to a room temperature processing water in oil (W/O) type emulsion composition which includes, as oil phase components, disteardimonium hectorite, magnesium aluminum silicate, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 dimethicone, cyclomethicone, cholesteryl hydroxystearate, and plant oil. According to the present invention, the emulsion composition is easy to prepare at room temperature and able to be manufactured using only a disper mixer so that production costs and management costs are reduced and the time for manufacturing is shortened, thereby increasing the productivity by 10 times compared to the existing emulsified emulsion and also having competitive price. Additionally, the content of a water phase, which is an internal phase, can be increased by 90 wt%, thereby producing a W/O emulsion composition very effective in feeling freshness, moisturizing, long term storage, water proofing, and feeling good during use.본 발명은 실온 유화로 제조되는 워터인오일(Water in Oil, W/O) 에멀젼 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 에멀젼 화장료 조성물의 유상성분에 디스테아디모늄헥토라이트, 마그네슘알루미늄 실리케이트, 세틸피이지/피피지-10/1디메치콘, 사이클로메치콘, 콜레스테릴하이드록시스테아레이트 및 식물성 오일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면, 실온에서의 제조가 용이하며 디스퍼 믹서만으로 제조가 가능하여, 제품의 생산 비용, 관리 비용을 낮추고 제조 시간을 단축할 수 있어 종래 유화 에멀젼 대비 생산성을 10배 이상 올릴 수 있으며, 가격경쟁력 역시 갖출 수 있다. 또한, 내상인 수상의 함량이 90중량%까지 가능하여 청량감, 보습력, 장기간 안정성, 내수성 및 사용감이 우수한 W/O 에멀젼 화장료 조성물을 생산할 수 있다.
