The above pharmaceutical product is presented in the form of a tablet, a pill or a capsule having an enteric and gastroresistant coating, or in the form of the tablet or the capsule containing a number of balls, drops, granules or mini-pills with an enteric and gastroresistant coating. The above coating disintegrates in the lower gastrointestinal tract. The invention also refers to using the above photosensitiser in preparing the solid pharmaceutical product applicable in photodynamic treatment or diagnostics of a cancer condition in the lower gastrointestinal tract.
