The present invention relates to an injectable composition for labeling a lesion, and an information providing method for the location of a lesion using the injectable composition. Specifically, the injectable composition for labeling a lesion according to the present invention, by including a second composition containing a biocompatible viscous material in a first composition containing a composite including an active ingredient, can resolve the problem of the composite settling down undesirably fast. Further, by resolving the problem in which the composite settles down undesirably fast during an injection preparation, the injectable composition for labeling a lesion according to the present invention ensures that a uniform amount of the composite is injected. Furthermore, the injectable labeling composition resolves the problems of the composite being injected in an excessive amount and the composite dispersing to the surrounding undesirably fast, and thus may be used conveniently and reliably in a clinical setting.본 발명은 병변 표지용 주사제 조성물 및 상기 주사제 조성물을 이용하여 병변의 위치에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다.보다 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 병변 표지용 주사제 조성물은 활성성분을 함유하는 복합체를 포함하는 제1조성에 생체적합성 점성물질을 포함하는 제2조성을 포함함으로써, 복합체가 빠르게 가라앉는 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 특히, 본 발명에 따른 병변 표지용 주사제 조성물은 주사 준비 중에 복합체가 빠르게 가라앉는 문제를 해결하여 일정한 양의 복합체가 주사될 수 있도록 하는 효과를 갖고, 과량의 복합체가 주사되는 문제 및 복합체가 주변으로 너무 빨리 퍼지는 문제를 해결함으로써 임상적으로 편리하고 안정적으로 사용될 수 있는 효과를 갖을 수 있다.
