The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for preventing and easing skin diseases by containing piroctone olamine as an effective component and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for preventing and easing skin diseases by containing piroctone olamine as an effective component. The cosmetic composition includes a 0.1-0.5 wt% of piroctone olamine, 0.05-1.0 wt% of allantoin, 0.05-1.0 wt% of dipotassium glycyrrhizin, 0.1-2.0 wt% of alpha-ibiza bolol, and 0.1-5.0 wt% of tocopherol acetate, based on 100 wt% of the cosmetic composition.
