The present invention provides an electrocardiogram measurement method, which is used in an environment where two or more electrodes are used to perform human body electrocardiogram measurement and includes the following steps: marking two or more electrode calibration positions for measuring human body electrocardiogram information by using at least one feature of points, lines, and surfaces of ahuman appearance structure; placing two or more electrodes at the two or more electrode calibration positions for measuring human body electrocardiogram information; and activating a human body electrocardiogram measurement system to proceed with measurement, wherein the at least one feature is configured to divide and classify at least one user into at least two size levels; and the two or moreelectrode calibration positions meet measurement guidelines for standard 12-lead electrocardiogram.本發明提供一種心電圖的量測方法,係應用於使用二個以上之電極來進行人體心電圖量測的環境中,其包括下列程序:利用人體外觀結構的點、線及面之其中至少一特徵來標記用以量測人體心電圖資訊的二個以上之電極標定位置;將二個以上之電極配置於用以量測人體心電圖資訊的該二個以上之電極標定位置上;以及,啟動人體心電圖量測系統以進行量測;其中,該至少一特徵用以將至少一使用者區分且歸類到至少二個尺寸級距;該二個以上之電極標定位置係符合標準十二導程心電圖的量測規範。於本發明中,肩寬係指在人體量測學所定義之內肩峰(inter-acromial)長度,並非取決於施測者間信度(inter-rater reliability);而使用者係指進行心電圖(ECG)量測的病患,或是,被量測心電圖的人,在此予以敘明。利用本發明可以讓受過專業醫療訓練之人員或未受過專業醫療訓練的一般大眾在短時間之內,依據不同體型尺寸之使用者分別找到放置量測心電圖之電極的正確位置,且容易重複再現正確位置,因此可達到提高醫療效率、方便使用且減少誤判之目的。
