The method comprises administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a histone deacetylase inhibitor and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, salt or solvate thereof, wherein the cell growth and survival signal transduction pathways are blocked by an antibody targeted therapy agent, antibody fragment, targeted small-molecule chemical compound, low-molecular-weight tyrosine kinase inhibitor, peptide mimetic, anti-sense oligonucleotide (DNA and/or RNA), or ribozyme.La présente invention a pour objet une méthode de traitement ou d'amélioration de toxicités mucocutanées, oculaires ou des effets secondaires par blocage de la croissance cellulaire et des voies de transduction des signaux de survie.
