PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system capable of obtaining three-dimensional absolute size.SOLUTION: An endoscope system comprises: a pattern projection unit 701 for irradiating a subject with measurement light that has a pattern structured so as to three-dimensionally measure the subject and is in a predetermined wavelength band； and a three-dimensional measurement unit 81 for performing three-dimensional measurement on the subject according to a designated measurement point, on the basis of the subject's measurement image depending on video obtained by the irradiation with the measurement light. The pattern projection unit 701 shifts phases of a plurality of beams of light having different structured patterns and the same base line length to obtain the measurement light before irradiating the subject with the measurement light a plurality of times. The three-dimensional measurement unit 81 performs three-dimensional measurement on the basis of respective measurement images obtained by the plurality of times of irradiation with the measurement light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
